Festival staff Members will be located throughout the festival site, please locate a staff member if you have questions or concerns. They are trained to help you navigate the festival. Also, law enforcement officers are posted throughout the event in case of an emergency. The information booth is located in the front of the event. By participating in the Festival we ask that you please follow our etiquette rules below.
WE ASK THAT YOU ABIDE BY THESE SIMPLE RULES:
Respect Personal Space: Don’t push through crowds or block others’ views; be mindful of your personal boundaries and those of others.
Respect Performers: Be considerate of other festival-goers and performers by not blocking views or being overly disruptive.
Look Out for Others: Help friends and even strangers who appear to need assistance.
Consent: Always seek consent before hugging or getting physically close to someone.
Leave No Trace: Pack out everything you pack in, including all trash, and properly use designated garbage and recycling bins.
Personal Safety: Keep valuables secure by wearing them on your front, using a small bag, and being aware of your surroundings and crowd movements.
Health: Hydrate by bringing a reusable water bottle and refill at designated stations, and be prepared with a first aid kit.
Substance Awareness: Stay vigilant about consuming alcohol in moderation and avoid accepting drinks from strangers or buying unknown substances.
Pet Policy: Due to the loud music and large crowds, we ask that you do not bring your pet to the festival. Only service animals will be allowed to attend.
For everyone’s safety, no weapons will be allowed on the premises during the festival. Please, attend at your own risk. The festival or anyone associated with the festival will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
FESTIVAL PARKING
The Manvel Fall Music Festival will offer FREE PARKING as well as FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE from New Hope Church 288 Campus. Shuttles will be available continuously throughout the day beginning at 10:30am. Shuttles will end at 6:00pm. There will be no parking available at the festival site. There will also be pick up locations at Croix Parkway and Pomona Parkway in the Grove area accross from the Avant Garde Montessori School.
New Hope Church located at 3640 County Rd 58, Manvel, TX 77578 has graciously allowed festival parking in their 288 campus parking lot. To access parking, use HWY 288 to Croix Road. New Hope Parking will be identified with signage as well as traffic control. Shuttle service will be available with continuous shuttles being provided throughout the day. (Approximately every 15 minutes) Please note that Croix Parkway will be closed to through traffic on October 18, 2025 as the festival takes place.
SHUTTLE PICK UP LOCATION: There will be a shuttle pick-up location at the intersection of Pomona Parkway and Croix Parkway at the Grove if residents would like to hop on the shuttle to the event.
NOTICE OF STREET CLOSURE: On Saturday October 18, 2025, Croix Parkway (AKA) County Road 84 will be closed beginning at 6:00am until 6:00pm for the Manvel Fall Music Festival at Croix Park. To get details about street closures and alternate routes to avoid delay click here >>>

A Huge Family Friendly Kid Zone
The Manvel Fall Festival features a family centered mega kid zone designed for kids of all ages. This area of the festival comes complete with everything from Face painting to a 24 foot high rock climbing wall, interactive games to mega bouncy houses, plus a kid-friendly petting zoo and a reptile exhibit. We’re a family festival and we created a space where the entire family can participate. Our interactive games, races, skill games and so much more are sure to be a number one hit that everyone will love!

The Manvel Fall Music Festival would not be complete without a seasonal beer and wine garden. This is a dedicated area where you can sample craft beers and wines from local breweries and Texas wineries while you listen to our bands. This area is located off the main concert area. You must be 21 years or older to enter and an ID will be required and we ask that you remember, this is a family friendly event so we ask that you please drink responsibly.

The festival’s music begins with the Neil Dover Band, Gulf Coast’s premier country band that will kick-off at 11:00am and entertain the crowds until 1:00pm. Our second band is the R&B/Jazz stylings of The Gary-Micheal Dahl Band from 1:15 pm to 2:45pm. Then, to help bring the festival to a rockin’ finish, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm will be the top 40, rock & pop hits from the one and only Under Cover Band.
